Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Provide exceptional patient care and comfort during procedures
- Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Current CPR certification (or obtainable during training)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to completing paid training program
- Texas driver's license (for mobile collections)
