Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections in clinical settings
- Process specimens accurately and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct virtual patient consultations for pre-procedure instructions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams through secure telehealth platforms

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NCCT, or equivalent)
