Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype quantum solutions
- Conduct experimental validation of quantum computing systems
- Develop quantum error correction methodologies for practical applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of published quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
