Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (New graduates welcome with BSN).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
