Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols
- Monitor patient status and document electronic health records accurately
- Provide patient/family education on health management and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Collaborate with case managers for discharge planning coordination
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
