We are looking for a detail-oriented RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and visitors.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations with composure and speed.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
