Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in our 24-bed cardiology unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and assess patients using advanced cardiac monitoring systems
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education on cardiac health
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certification required
- 1+ years of telemetry/step-down experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
