Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated RNs to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of medical care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following strict protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, documenting all findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursing environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and code blue alerts.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred based on specialty.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
