Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in 20-bed ICU with 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Administer complex medications and monitor vital signs using advanced telemetry systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Document electronic health records with precision and timeliness in Epic EMR
- Mentor new nurses and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with expert clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license with quick endorsement)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership track
- 2+ years ICU/ER experience with ACLS/BLS certifications
- Demonstrated expertise in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
