Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care, long-term, or specialty settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate medical records and compliance protocols
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment
- Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
- Experience with EHR systems (EPIC/Cerner)
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
