Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Collaborate seamlessly with RNs and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Support patient comfort through positioning, repositioning, and emotional support
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in long-term care or acute care settings
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am) with weekend availability
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
