Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in clinical settings including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and document medical records accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility safety protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license (or compact license) in good standing
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS certification a plus
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
