Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
