Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with nursing standards.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Collaborative Care: Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients/families to ensure holistic patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations within the facility.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, charts, and patient histories.
Qualifications
- License: Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
