Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and accurate health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, documenting all changes promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop optimal care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning activities.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
