Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments, interventions, and care coordination across diverse medical units
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking and rapid clinical judgment
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and treatment plans

Qualifications
- Active CA RN license in good standing
- BSN or associate degree in nursing with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing healthcare environments
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
