Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
