Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments, documenting all changes accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
- Provide patient education and support to families regarding diagnoses and care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
