Job Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be the backbone of our patient care team. We are committed to excellence and are currently expanding our staff to meet the high demand for qualified nursing professionals in our community.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress continuously, reporting any changes immediately to supervisors.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff to ensure holistic patient care.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New grads with exceptional clinical rotations considered).
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment while maintaining a compassionate bedside manner.
