Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition or medical emergencies.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care interventions.
- Provide compassionate patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
