Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and hospital standards.
- Monitor patient vitals and medical conditions, responding immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oregon.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
