Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Document patient history, care plans, and treatment progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment to prevent infections and accidents.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
