Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical orders.
- Monitor patients' conditions and record vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and perform appropriate interventions promptly.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume patient loads.
