Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessments according to facility protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes immediately.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (travel or facility experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
