Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced emergency settings using evidence-based practices
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions per protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor new staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- BSN degree (MSN preferred) from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years ER or critical care experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and critical care monitoring systems
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency intervention skills
- Exceptional communication and crisis management abilities
