Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Monitor vital signs and interpret diagnostic results to identify critical changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Current Washington State RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Minimum 2 years ER or acute care experience (preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC experience preferred)
