Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and medication administration in accordance with clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition with appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
