Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of charge nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in medical condition accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Document patient care activities, interventions, and responses to treatment in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing School (ASN or BSN).
- Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred for high-acuity units.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for patient advocacy and community health.
