Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care services, including observations, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (FL).
- Nursing diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
