Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Current California RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred; ADN with equivalent experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced emergency/trauma settings
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
