Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, history, and exercise goals.
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care services and medical records accurately.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing supervisor and physicians.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Nevada.
- CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
