Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care and support under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following strict protocols.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe patient environment to prevent infection.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
