Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Assist physicians and healthcare staff in performing medical procedures and examinations.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families on post-care instructions and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a safe and clean patient environment.
- Respond to patient needs and requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Illinois.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.
