Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient health status and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient safety.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
