Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred, ADN accepted for entry-level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing clinical situations.
