Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.
- Assess patient health status, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatments, promptly reporting any changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee (or eligible to obtain).
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing Program within the last 12 months (New Graduate).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated compassion and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
