Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health status by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and procedures.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies within the nursing unit.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- CPR (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred for those with prior experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help patients recover and thrive.
- Willingness to participate in our mentorship and orientation programs.
