Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Support patient and family education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- CPR (BLS) certification is required; ACLS preferred for certain units.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various nursing specialties.
