Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced ER/ICU environments
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient education and family support
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and JCAHO standards
- Participate in trauma response codes and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license required
- BSN or associate degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
