Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (or compact license)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications a plus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
