Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in night shift settings with critical thinking and clinical expertise
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland or Virginia (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS/NRP a plus
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced night shift environments
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
