Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse clinical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Document clinical observations using EMR systems
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to JCAHO and state regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state)
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to rotate between units based on staffing needs
