Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical units with rotating shift options
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records accurately
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with JCAHO standards
- Provide on-call support during assigned shifts with flexible scheduling options
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to unit-based training programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for specialty units
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system and advanced cardiac monitoring
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
