Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to changing conditions or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the broader healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid capacity while adhering to hospital standards.
