Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using evidence-based practices across diverse populations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Mentor junior staff through our robust preceptorship program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
- Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (BRN) in good standing
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in telemetry or cardiac unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); TNCC or ENPC preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
