Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions, documenting changes and reporting critical issues immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient and family education to ensure understanding of care instructions and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome with bridge programs).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing priorities.
