Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to any changes in status.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible shift environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
