Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and recovery for those in our community.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health status by gathering data, physical exams, and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to critical changes in condition immediately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Texas or Milwaukee preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Computer proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
