Responsibilities
- Assess patient health issues, formulating and implementing a complete nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' medical conditions and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Provide patient education and health education resources.
- Respond to emergency situations and assist in critical care situations.
- Document all patient care activities and clinical findings accurately.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel between Memphis, TN and Florida locations as needed.
