Your Mission:
As a Registered Nurse in our Milwaukee network, you will provide exceptional patient care while enjoying the autonomy of a contract role. Whether you prefer the bustling energy of a busy ER or the steady pace of a medical floor, we have the placements for you.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in clinical status.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, progress, and reactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized healthcare environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates with exceptional skills may be considered).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Commitment to professional development and patient advocacy.
- Willingness to travel or work at various facilities within the Milwaukee metro area.
